Audit Assistant Manager

You’ll be someone who is comfortable working pro‑actively, managing your own tasks, and collaborating with senior management. You’ll help deliver accurate, transparent reporting to stakeholders and provide long‑term value.

• Identify risk matters and raise them with a manager or partner while exercising judgement within agreed parameters.
• Understand the needs of the audited entity, suggest potential technical solutions, and communicate and agree on these with managers or partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and established audited entities, identify opportunities, and be a point of contact throughout the year.
• Conduct rigorous project and financial management on all projects, complete projects within agreed timescales, and raise issues in a timely manner.
• Supervise and coach junior team members.
• Manage projects.

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/ICAS or overseas equivalent.
• Working knowledge of UK and International GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP and Financial Reporting requirements.
• Working knowledge of financial products, firm services, and regulations including anti‑money laundering compliance.
• Demonstrable knowledge of current economic and market trends.
