Interim L&D Manager | Hospitality Leadership & Capability

Baxter Storey is seeking an Interim Learning & Development Manager for a 6-month fixed-term role based in Reading. This position involves providing strategic L&D support to enhance leadership and hospitality capabilities across the business.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in L&D within a fast-paced environment and the ability to quickly build credibility with stakeholders. Responsibilities include leading priority initiatives, driving project momentum, and evaluating learning solutions.
