Position: Associate Director - Head of Trend & Change

The Trend and Change Lead will work within the Programme Management Office on behalf of the Programme Partner, liaising with a variety of stakeholders across the programme, reporting to the Head of PMO.

Due to the strict security requirements, candidates must be a UK National and will need to progress through security clearance.

You’ll Be Responsible For
  • Responsible for assessing, managing and developing change management activities including analysis and engagement.
  • Managing and supporting projects from commencement through to implementation.
  • Analysing each project highlighting any areas of change to process and assess the change impact.
  • Ensuring a strong line of communication between the business and the stakeholders.
You’ll Need To Have
  • Experience in a similar position using trend and change management processes and tools.
  • Background working with large organisations in their global change and transformation projects.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present information and communicate to individuals at all levels of an organisation.
  • Outstanding organisational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and timelines.
  • Experience working in a fast‑moving project environment essential.
  • Qualifications or related experience in trend and change management (ACMF, MSP Practitioner or APMG
    - Change Management)
  • Experience working on large programmes.
  • Experience of nuclear or high secure sectors desirable.
