Places Leisure in Reading is seeking a Duty Manager to lead a centre team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You will recruit, train, and supervise staff, handle customer concerns, drive memberships and present reports at meetings.
This role requires flexible, shift-based work including evenings, weekends and holidays. Prior supervisory experience in a leisure facility and a valid NPLQ with strong leadership and customer-service skills are essential.
