Associate - Building Services Engineering

The Opportunity

As an Associate, you will be responsible for leading projects, managing client relationships, developing team capability, and supporting the strategic objectives of both the Building Services discipline and the wider business. You will act as a role model for Ridge's leadership values, helping to drive innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement across the team.

• Lead the successful delivery of Building Services projects across a range of sectors.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, setting clear expectations and ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert technical and commercial guidance.
• Contribute to the discipline's business development strategy and actively support its implementation.

• Degree qualified in Building Services Engineering or a related discipline.
• Chartered Engineer status (or actively working towards Chartership).
• Significant consultancy experience within Building Services Engineering.
• Proven leadership and team development experience.
• Experience delivering and managing multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent commercial awareness and financial management capabilities.
• A proactive approach to business development and networking.
• Strong communication, mentoring and relationship-building skills.
