• You’ll lead high‑profile capital projects that directly influence the future of our UK sites
• You’ll work with senior leaders and diverse teams, building strong relationships and shaping strategic decisions
• You’ll have the freedom to drive improvements, challenge assumptions and introduce better ways of working
• You’ll be part of a supportive team that values empathy, communication and inclusive leadership
• You’ll see the real‑world impact of your work — from new builds to major fit‑outs to workplace transformations

• Leading capital projects from early scoping to handover
• Managing budgets with transparency and confidence
• Engaging stakeholders and ensuring every voice is heard
• Championing compliance across CDM, H&S and Chorus II
• Supporting bids and business cases as a trusted SME
• Driving continuous improvement in how we deliver projects
• Overseeing small works and maintaining a “no surprises” culture

• Experience delivering major construction or fit‑out projects
• A calm, inclusive leadership style that builds trust
• Strong organisational skills and confidence with Microsoft Project
• A recognised project management qualification (e.g., IPMA)
• The ability to influence, challenge and collaborate with a wide range of people
• A proactive, self‑driven approach with a focus on clarity and communication
