LKQ UK & Ireland is seeking aDuty Manager to lead branch operations and a General Assistant team. You will drive efficiency, service quality and safety across all warehouse activities, while supporting development and recruitment to strengthen the workforce.
You will coach teams, ensure KPI delivery, and maintain branch standards. The role includes regular briefings and succession planning to sustain high performance.
