We're recruiting for an experienced Plant Workshop Manager to lead a busy workshop, managing a team of mechanics and welders while ensuring repairs, servicing and preventative maintenance are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Requirements:
* Experience in a Workshop Manager
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Good knowledge of plant maintenance, HSQE and compliance
* Demonstrable career progression
