Atomic Weapons Establishment is seeking a senior leader to head Operational Readiness and Transition (ORT). You will shape and drive enterprise readiness across major programmes, embed ORT across delivery life cycles, and ensure readiness for transition to service.
You will lead the ORT Group, supervise ORMs, manage risks, and provide expert guidance to stakeholders in a highly regulated environment, while promoting continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
