Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a Security Shift Manager for The Oracle Shopping Centre. You will lead the on-site security team, manage timekeeping, coordinate incidents, and ensure safety, SOP compliance and business continuity across the centre.
The role focuses on frontline supervision, incident response, and effective communication with the centre manager and senior management to ensure a secure environment for staff, visitors and clients.
