Reading Borough Council is seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead the Kinship & Permanence Service, guiding permanence planning and family finding for children and young people in care.
You will provide leadership across the service, supervise staff, ensure high-quality support, and build strong partnerships with families and external organisations. Hybrid working with a base at Civic Centre, Reading, is offered, along with a competitive benefits package.
