Principle is seeking a Contingent Workforce Specialist to drive a major merger integration. You will partner with leaders, suppliers and workforce teams to ensure a seamless transition of contingent workers while maintaining data integrity, compliance and an exceptional worker experience.
The role is an 8-month contract, hybrid from Reading, and requires 3+ years in contingent workforce operations with strong Excel and data skills. You will collaborate with MSPs to enable a smooth transition.
