Viberoptix is seeking a Splicing Supervisor to oversee fibre network maintenance in Cumbria. The role requires supervisory experience and a proven record of fault finding and splicing on fibre networks.
You will lead a team to meet KPIs while ensuring safety and process standards are followed. The successful candidate will manage fault diagnostics, plan crews, and coordinate with the client on progress and permits.
