BJF Group in the United Kingdom is seeking an FM Contract Co-Ordinator to lead the contract administration function for a multi-discipline main contractor. You will manage a small team and ensure administrative procedures are consistently followed, with accurate data in CAFM systems and compliance across contracts.
You will collaborate with operational managers, service teams and the client to support effective service delivery while upholding safety standards and driving process improvements
