Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services requires a proactive Security Operations Manager to lead a portfolio of stores across the Reading area. You will drive KPI delivery, ensure policy compliance, and mentor security officers to deliver exceptional service.
With a frontline SIA licence and strong leadership, you will coordinate recruitment, training, and risk assessments, maintaining health and safety standards while meeting client expectations and budget targets.
