The Role

This is a hands-on leadership role that combines operational billing with people management. Initially, you'll work alongside the billing team, taking ownership of complex billing activity while leading and developing a small team of Finance Assistants.

As the business grows, you'll play a key role in building scalable processes and expanding the team.

You'll be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing for insured and self-pay patients, improving processes, and helping standardise billing across multiple clinic locations.
