Berkshire High profile house builder with an operating area covering Northern Home Counties and Western Home Counties urgently require a Senior Technical Coordinator / Technical Manager for their busy office near Slough. The company concerned build a mixture of product from a more bespoke range through to standard type units ranging in size and price.

As a Technical Co-ordinator/Manager the role will be an integral part of the Technical department, overseeing external Architectural and Engineering Consultants involving the project management and administration of all design and technical matters for various residential projects. You will be reporting to the Head of Technical. They will support you and develop you and give you clear objectives. You will need to be adaptable and strong in your management approach with a consistent approach to managing external consultants covering all design disciplines.

The company are known for promoting from within their organisation and can offer a progressive career path through to Technical Manager and Senior Technical Manager before Director level.

The ideal candidate will have a mixture of experience covering all aspects of engineering and infrastructure works in addition to having design input on the structure and type depending on the site involved. You will be working in conjunction with the Land team assessing and appraising sites in addition.
