Morgan Hunt is seeking a Head of Risk & Compliance to lead safeguarding, welfare and operational compliance across regulated sectors. You will act as Designated Safeguarding Lead, oversee the Candidate Vetting Team, and collaborate with the board on regulatory matters.
The role includes managing the risk register, coordinating ISO audits (9001, 14001, 18001), driving policy adoption, and delivering staff training to strengthen risk awareness across the business.
