Overview

- Articulate a clear vision for the capital delivery function and secure buy‑in from senior stakeholders.
- Proven track record in managing a capital development programme, with detailed knowledge of financial, legal, and planning processes and regulations.
- Project management qualification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is likely required.
- Excellent people and communication skills, a forward‑thinking mindset, and the ability to articulate vision and secure stakeholder buy‑in.
