The Loss Prevention Manager will play a pivotal role in leading POP MART’s asset protection, shrinkage reduction, and security governance across its European retail operations.
Reporting to the EU Head of Operations Support
, you will manage a regional loss prevention executive and a small team of local loss prevention executives. This highly cross‑functional position requires close collaboration with Supply Chain, Retail, HR, Compliance
, and external security partners.
The successful candidate will develop and execute a robust loss prevention strategy that enhances store safety, strengthens stocktake governance, and delivers measurable reductions in shrinkage across multiple European markets.
Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management- Lead, coach, and develop regional and local loss prevention executives to ensure consistent, high‑quality performance
- Provide strategic direction, set priorities, and ensure accountability across the Loss Prevention function
- Foster a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
- Develop, implement, and refine a comprehensive European loss prevention strategy
- Ensure strong governance frameworks for shrinkage control, stocktake execution, and inventory accuracy
- Partner with the Head of Supply Chain to define stocktake processes, documentation, and accountability standards
- Conduct regular risk assessments and compliance audits across stores and warehouses
