- To work with Manager to achieve branch standards.
- Ensuring branch KPIs are achieved.
- Overseeing branch H+S standards are met
- Staff supervision
- To Cover Branch Manager duties in their absence
- Key Holding and Out of hours Alarm
- To oversee external lock up space
- Attend Selling/Display events as needed.
- Stock management
- Complete branch Takings and investigate discrepancies.
- Work with BM to ensure all NS admin is completed on time.
- Monitor branch appointments.
- To train and develop the team
- To highlight underperformance and support with action plan
- To support the teams wellbeing needs and requirements
- Produce and communicate daily floor rota, including lunches.
- To support manager with recruitment.
- Role model of excellent customer service.
- Being an escalation point for customer complaint.
- Actively check and respond to the branch and personal inbox.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Netsuite
- 3 years management/supervisor experience
