An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Pensions Operations Manager to lead a DC Master Trust Member Administration team within a leading pensions organisation.
This is a senior operational role requiring extensive Defined Contribution pensions experience, strong people leadership skills and a proven background in pensions administration/operations management.
The role:- Lead, manage and develop DC pension administration teams
- Drive service quality, operational performance and efficiency
- Oversee quality assurance, complaints and complex DC administration
- Coach and develop managers and their teams
- Manage performance, recruitment and people-related matters
- Improve processes, systems and ways of working
- Support client relationships and stakeholder meetings
- Contribute to new business, tenders and wider change initiatives
- Extensive DC pensions administration experience
- Proven operational management experience
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Excellent technical knowledge of DC administration
- Good understanding of DC scheme governance and compliance
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of DC Master Trust governance would be beneficial but not essential.
- APMI is desirable, although candidates qualified by experience will also be considered.
An assessment day is provisionally scheduled for 3 September. Shortlisted candidates will be asked to deliver a presentation, followed by competency and technical questions based on their presentation and experience.
