YOUR IMPACTAs the AIOPS Architects Practice Leader, you will own the delivery, performance, and growth of a Professional Services practice across a region or solution area. You’ll lead a team of 15 to 25+ consultants and managers, partnering closely with Client Principals, Delivery Leads, Product Management, and senior client stakeholders to drive successful delivery, revenue attainment, resource planning, and practice strategy.

You'll be the delivery leader for a portfolio of complex, high-value engagements while shaping future offerings and capability development.

WHAT

Ownership of a $10M-$35M annual services portfolio

Direct engagement with senior client stakeholders

Influence on product, solution, and offering enhancements

Deep expertise in defining customer Observability requirements and designing solutions across infrastructure and application monitoring.

Track record of managing complex, high-value client engagements
