We are currently recruiting for a Head of Marketing to join us on a 12 month fixed-term contract from January 2027.

We're looking for an experienced leader who can galvanise our dynamic marketing team as they deliver audience growth at this critical time in Glyndebourne's history.

You'll understand the challenge of driving short-term sales whilst developing a long-term audience, and be committed to achieving both.

As Head of Marketing you will be accountable for the operational delivery of campaigns, CRM, digital products and online customer journeys, and the implementation of our brand across key touchpoints. You'll also support the development of our Audiences and Brand strategies, working closely with a range of colleagues across the organisation.

You'll couple creativity and technical expertise with a passion for what Glyndebourne does, and the way we do it. Whatever your background, you'll care deeply about our audiences, current and potential, and the experiences we offer them.

Crucially, you'll understand that marketing is a team sport. Your ability to nurture and inspire this dedicated group of specialists, and to collaborate effectively with colleagues from all areas, is vital to reaching our ambitious outcomes and target.

The closing date for applications is Sunday 8 November 2026 with 1st stage online interviews to be held on Friday 13 November and 2nd stage interviews to be held at Glyndebourne on Friday 20 November.

As a Disability Confident Employer, we guarantee to interview all disabled applicants who meet the essential criteria for our vacancies.
