About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Solderer to join our team in Reading. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in soldering and hold a valid IPC certification. This is an immediate start position offering competitive hourly pay.
Key Responsibilities- Perform high-quality soldering work according to company and IPC standards
- Inspect and test soldered components to ensure compliance with specifications
- Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and quality
- Follow health and safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
- Proven experience as a solderer
- IPC certification is mandatory
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Immediate availability to start
