Industrial Electrician

Job Description

A growing manufacturing company in the Reading, PA area is seeking Industrial Electricians to join its maintenance team.

This is an excellent opportunity for hands‑on electricians and maintenance professionals who enjoy troubleshooting, solving complex equipment issues, and working with modern manufacturing equipment in a stable production environment.

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems and production equipment
• Support PLC-controlled machinery and automation systems
• Diagnose issues involving VFDs, motor controls, MCCs, sensors, and related equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance and equipment repairs
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and help minimize production downtime
• Work closely with operations and maintenance personnel to improve equipment reliability

• Experience in industrial maintenance, industrial electrical, controls, automation, or related fields
• Working knowledge of PLC-controlled equipment
• Experience with VFDs, motor controls, MCCs, and industrial electrical systems
• Manufacturing, food production, packaging, plastics, chemical, pharmaceutical, or similar industry experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
