The Reading Plant at Procter & Gamble is seeking a Manufacturing Line Technician to own line standards, operate and maintain equipment, and drive continuous improvement on a rotating 4/3/3/3 shift pattern, with day and night coverage.
You will work as part of a team to ensure safe, efficient production, maintain equipment, and hand over to the next shift, while benefiting from a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within the company.
