A leading manufacturing business in Reading is looking for an Assembler to join their team on an ongoing contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company offering stable, long-term work within a busy production environment.

Key Responsibilities for the Assembler:

Electro-mechanical assembly of products and components
Following manufacturing instructions and assembly procedures
Using hand tools and assembly equipment
Maintaining high quality and productivity standards
Working safely and efficiently within a manufacturing environment
The ideal Assembler will have

Previous electro-mechanical assembly experience
Ability to follow manufacturing processes and work instructions
Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
Experience working within a production or manufacturing environment
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
