Night Shift Supervisor
Location:
Reading
Shift: Nights
- Monday-Friday
Contract: 3 Month Contract
Pay Rate: £17.38 an hour (40 hours a week)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Night Shift Supervisor to join our manufacturing team on a 3-month contract, working nights. This is a hands-on role that will involve leading a team to ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities Night Shift Supervisor:
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of production operatives throughout the shift.
- Ensure production schedules and targets are achieved efficiently.
- Monitor product quality and address any issues promptly.
- Promote and maintain a strong Health & Safety culture.
- Conduct shift handovers and communicate effectively with other departments.
- Manage staffing levels, workflow, and line performance to maximise productivity.
- Support training and onboarding of new team members.
- Complete all relevant production documentation accurately.
About You:
- Previous experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Line Leader role within any enviroment,
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
