Associate Director - Marketing, HR & Commercial roles within FMCG & Consumer

I’m recruiting a Shopper Marketing / Activation Manager for my client, a fast-growing personal care / consumer healthcare business.

This role owns the point of purchase experience
, bringing brand strategy and shopper insight to life across retail and digital channels to drive conversion, visibility and growth.

The role:

• Own and elevate point of purchase execution across online and offline channels
• Act as the shopper champion, translating insight into high-impact activation strategies
• Deliver best-in-class retail, ecommerce and retail media activation
• Lead flawless go-to-market execution for innovation launches
• Build compelling customer-specific shopper marketing plans
• Drive ecommerce performance through digital shelf optimisation and content excellence
• Manage activation budgets, agencies and performance tracking to maximise ROI

What my client is looking for:

• 3+ years’ experience in shopper, activation or customer marketing
• Background within personal care, consumer healthcare, FMCG or consumer goods
• Strong understanding of ecommerce, digital shelf and retail media
• Confident working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Commercial, insight-led and outcomes focused
