We’re looking for an enthusiastic Talent Marketing Activation Specialist to join us on 12–14 months FTC for maternity cover.
Based in an EMEA time zone and working hybrid, you’ll support the EMEA TA organisation and act as the key regional bridge to the Global Talent Marketing CoE.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you’ll bring employer brand campaigns to life locally — activating content, supporting hiring priorities, and improving candidate engagement across digital channels, events and talent pools. You’ll be supported with strong guidance, frameworks and templates from both the Global CoE and local TA leaders.

What you’ll be doing- Localise and activate global talent marketing campaigns across social, digital channels, events and job boards for EMEA
- Create clear, compelling copy and social content, managing postings and basic content scheduling
- Support EMEA TA Delivery stakeholders with campaign execution, presentations, team communications and all-hands events
- Manage practical employer brand activities, including job board administration, landing pages and event tooling (e.g. Splash)
- Monitor campaign performance, report on key metrics and share regional insights with the Global CoE
- Contribute to broader CoE initiatives such as careers site updates and candidate experience mapping
- Work closely with the EMEA TA Delivery team to prioritise initiatives and drive execution
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills — confident briefing and influencing regional partners
- Proven experience in Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing or Talent Marketing
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to juggle multiple competing requests
- Solid copywriting ability with a social-first mindset (short-form, engaging content)
- Tech-savvy and quick to pick up new tools such as Canva, Linked In Ads, Optimise Ad, analytics platforms, Splash, Eightfold (or similar), plus confidence with MS Office
- A genuine passion for marketing and employer branding, with curiosity and appetite to grow in this space
- Fluent English essential; additional EMEA languages are a bonus
