- Lead creative development for customer communications driving acquisition, engagement, and offer redemptions.
- Translate loyalty and engagement strategies into high-impact creative execution across email, SMS, push, in-app, and owned channels.
- Brief and collaborate with the in-house agency to deliver clear, compelling, and on-brand creative.
- Partner with the CVM Insights team to track performance, gather learnings, and optimise future campaigns.
- Manage timelines, approvals, and stakeholder engagement for smooth end-to-end delivery.
- Work with legal, brand, propositions, and vendor teams to ensure compliance and creative consistency.
- Proven experience in customer communications within B2C marketing — ideally in loyalty, rewards, or app-based propositions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build consensus.
- Calm, solution-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Outstanding copywriting and creative briefing skills that drive action.
- Comfortable using AI tools and prompt engineering to enhance creative output.
- A collaborative, can-do attitude with a passion for delivering campaigns that inspire customers to take action.
