BlendB2B Reading, England, United Kingdom
Blend is a B2B growth engineering agency and Hub Spot Partner. We help mid‑market technology companies build the connected growth engine that drives real pipeline and revenue, not vanity metrics. We practice what we preach, constantly testing, iterating, and building. We believe marketing should be a growth engine, not a support function.
The roleThis is a brand new position, created because we’re growing and because we believe in investing in our own marketing as much as we do with clients. - Coordinate across the team and external partners to keep initiatives moving.
- Own Linked In organic strategy and execution alongside the content team.
- Manage and optimise paid media engines (Linked In Ads, Google Ads, emerging channels such as ChatGPT/OpenAI).

- Strong project‑management instincts – keeps multiple plates spinning.
- Data‑literate – builds reports, reads dashboards, draws conclusions.
- Take ownership; doesn’t wait to be chased.
- Comfortable with pace and ambiguity – thrives in a growing agency.
- £45,000 – £55,000 salary plus a quarterly company bonus tied to business KPIs.
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays and pension contributions.
- Hybrid working – Reading office with flexibility; a real team culture.
- Marketing function with licence to experiment across cutting‑edge channels.
