Digital Marketing Manager

We're recruiting an experienced Digital Content Manager to lead the strategy, governance and optimisation of digital content across multiple European markets for well-established consumer brands.

This senior role is responsible for driving organic growth, improving website conversion and shaping content for both traditional search and emerging AI-powered search experiences. You'll lead a small team while collaborating with Product, Marketing, CRM, Brand and local market teams to deliver commercially impactful content.

• Own and deliver the European digital content strategy across multiple markets and languages
• Optimise website content to improve SEO, AI search visibility, customer engagement and conversion.
• Lead content governance, publishing standards and localisation processes
• Use analytics, customer insight and testing to drive continuous content improvement
• Manage content through an enterprise CMS and improve publishing efficiency
• Lead and develop a team of content specialists while influencing stakeholders across the business

• Significant experience leading digital content within a large B2C organisation
• Proven success improving SEO, conversion and commercial performance through content.
• Strong understanding of AI search, content optimisation and customer journeys.
• Experience working across multiple markets and languages.
• Commercially minded, analytical and highly collaborative, with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in travel, ecommerce, hospitality or other high-volume consumer sectors is advantageous.
