Full job description CRM & Email Marketing Executive (Klaviyo) South Molton £33,000-£38,000  Flexible Working Hours  Career Progression  Employee Discount  Free Parking Are you a CRM Executive, Email Marketing Executive or Lifecycle Marketing Executive with hands-on experience using Klaviyo, looking to take ownership of the entire customer lifecycle for two fast-growing ecommerce brands where you'll have a direct impact on customer retention, loyalty and revenue growth?

On offer is the opportunity to join one of the UK's fastest-growing outdoor lifestyle brands, where you'll own the CRM function across two premium ecommerce businesses. You'll have the autonomy to shape customer journeys, test new ideas and build best-in-class email and SMS marketing programmes while working closely with the Ecommerce, Marketing and Creative teams. In this role, you'll manage the full CRM trading calendar across both brands, creating and optimising email and SMS campaigns, building automated Klaviyo flows, segmenting audiences and improving customer retention through personalised lifecycle marketing.

You'll also support loyalty programmes, referral initiatives and use customer data to increase repeat purchases and lifetime value. This role would suit a CRM Executive, Email Marketing Executive, Customer Lifecycle Executive, Retention Marketing Executive or Ecommerce CRM Executive with strong Klaviyo experience who enjoys creating campaigns from scratch and delivering measurable commercial results.

The Role Own the CRM strategy across two ecommerce brands Create and optimise email and SMS campaigns using Klaviyo Build automated customer journeys and lifecycle flows Manage segmentation, loyalty and referral programmes Analyse CRM performance to improve retention and revenue Work closely with Ecommerce, Marketing and Creative teams

The Person
