Account Manager - TikTok Shop

Overview

We’re on the lookout for a friendly, energetic Tik Tok Shop Account Manager to take charge of and grow a Tik Tok Shop presence in the UK. You’ll be managing the platform end‑to‑end – from live shopping and content planning to promotions and community engagement.

• Host live Tik Tok Shop sessions and adapt content on the fly to drive engagement and sales.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations, keep listings, products, and storefronts optimised.
• Plan promotional calendars around seasonal campaigns and business goals.
• Collaborate with influencers, creators, and internal teams to keep content consistent and on‑brand.
• Track campaign performance and provide insights to improve results.
• Engage directly with the Tik Tok audience through comments, messages, and live chat.

• Experience managing Tik Tok Shop, live commerce, or other social commerce channels.
• Comfortable on camera – personable, energetic, and at ease in front of a live audience.
• Deep understanding of Tik Tok trends, algorithms, and platform culture.
• Commercially minded with experience in forecasting, reporting, and driving results.
• Excellent communicator who can build relationships with online audiences.
