At Neos Networks, we're looking for a Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, build on their existing experience, and develop a clear pathway towards a future career in campaign marketing.

Reporting to the Marketing Director and working closely with our Campaigns team, you'll gain hands-on experience across campaigns, digital marketing, events, PR, communications, analytics and customer engagement activities. You'll see marketing strategy brought to life, contribute to high-profile projects, and play an important role in helping us deliver impactful campaigns that drive business growth.

** What You'll Be Doing
** As our Marketing Executive, you'll support a wide range of external marketing activities, including:
* Assisting with the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns
* Supporting events, PR, communications and brand initiatives
* Working closely with our Campaign Manager to execute and optimise campaigns
* Creating and coordinating engaging content aligned with our brand voice
* Managing marketing data, campaign reporting and lead tracking
* Supporting marketing analytics and performance measurement
* Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive campaign success
* Working with external agencies across social media, SEO, PR and website activity
* Supporting budget management and marketing administration processes
* Using customer insights and data to support campaign targeting and segmentation
