Senior Brand Manager

Senior Brand Manager Walker Cole International is exclusively partnered with a leading European consumer healthcare company based in Reading. They are searching for a Senior Brand Manager to shape and deliver the long-term strategy for a portfolio of established OTC brands; owning the P&L, leading 360° activation and driving innovation at a time of accelerated growth and portfolio expansion. This is a hybrid role, with three days per week in the Reading office.

Your responsibilities will include:
Leading long-term brand strategies and annual brand plans, and owning the full activation roadmap across ATL, BTL, digital, PR, shopper and e-commerce. Holding full accountability for the brand P&L and A&P budget, leading performance reviews and turning data into clear strategic recommendations. Shaping the innovation pipeline and overseeing NPD/EPD projects from concept and business case through to launch, in partnership with global teams.

Acting as senior project lead across Sales, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Medical, Finance and agencies, while coaching and developing Brand Managers. To be considered for this opportunity, you should possess: 4 years' brand management experience within FMCG or Consumer Healthcare, with proven 360° brand-building and NPD launch capability. Demonstrable commercial acumen, including P&L ownership and strong analytical skills across insight, digital and performance data.
