Campaign Creative Lead: Social & Music Activations

We Generate is seeking a hands-on Creative Lead to steer campaigns from brief to delivery across music, entertainment and consumer-brand clients. You will lead a team of three across Tik Tok creator campaigns, Instagram activity and live activations, reporting to UK and international teams and presenting ideas to clients.

You’ll develop compelling pitch decks, translate approved concepts into practical plans and oversee execution.
