We now have an excellent opportunity for a
Skin Health & Hair Care Squad Director
to join our business. Working within the Northern Europe Marketing Team, you will lead the Skin Health & Hair Care Squad in Northern Europe, reporting to the Head of Marketing in Northern Europe.

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded marketing leader to drive the growth of Kenvue's Skin Health & Hair Care portfolio across Northern Europe. This role combines strategic leadership, commercial accountability and people development across iconic brands including Aveeno®, Neutrogena® and OGX®.

As leader of the Skin Health & Hair Care Squad, you will act as the general manager for the category, owning portfolio strategy, commercial performance, innovation deployment and organisational effectiveness. You will also be a key voice for Northern Europe within the global organisation, influencing innovation, communication and growth plans.

Internally, you will work closely with all the functions across the organisation and be responsible for deploying the Skin Health & Hair Care strategy and driving excellence in execution across all countries in the NE Cluster (UK, Ireland, and Nordics), delivering business impact and growth.

• Lead the Northern Europe Skin Health & Hair Care strategy and deliver sustainable, profitable growth across the portfolio.

• Own category performance and full P&L accountability, balancing in-year commercial delivery with long-term brand equity growth.

• Shape and deliver three-year operating plans aligned with regional and global priorities.

• Identify and size growth opportunities using consumer insight, analytics, market trends and innovation.

• Represent Northern Europe as a priority market within Global Brand Teams, working particularly closely with the Aveeno Global Brand Development Team.

• Influence global innovation roadmaps, communication strategies, claims development, HCP engagement plans and portfolio priorities.

• Ensure local consumer, customer and market insights are reflected in global decision-making.

• Partner with Customer Development, Revenue Growth Management, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Supply Chain and Finance to unlock category growth.

• Drive excellence in integrated business planning, media, data-driven marketing, e-commerce, retail media, perfect store execution, HCP engagement and customer activation.

• Build differentiated category growth plans with key retail partners across the cluster.

• Use performance data and insight to optimise marketing investment, content and activation plans.

• Develop and inspire a diverse, high-performing team, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
