Specialist(Tik Tok Shop )-What You'llbe Doing:1.Tik Tok Shop Operations
- Manage daily Tik Tok Shopoperations ,includingproductlistings,productinformationupdates,pricing,promotions,andinventoryupdates.
- Monitorday-to-daystoreoperationsandfollowuponissuesrelatedtoproducts,orders,inventory,andplatformactivities.
- Supporttheoptimisationofstoreprocessestoimproveoperationalefficiencyandcustomerexperience.
- Assistwiththesetupandexecutionof Tik Tok Shopcampaigns ,Flash Sales,store promotions,andotherpromotionalactivities.
- Supporttherecruitment,selection,andmanagementofcreatorsandaffiliatepartners.
- Managecreatorinvitations,samplerequestsanddeliveries,collaborationprogress,andcontentpublishingfollow-ups.
- Trackcreatorperformance,includingcontentdelivery,sales performance,commissions,andsampleconversion.
- Workcloselywithinternalteamsandexternalagenciestosupportcreatorcollaborationsandmarketingcampaigns.
- Manage daily Tik Tok Shoporderprocessingandorderstatustracking .
- Followuponorderexceptions,cancellations,refunds,returns,andotherafter-salesissues.
- Coordinatewithwarehouse,logistics,andinternalteamstoensureordersareprocessedaccuratelyandontime.
- Maintainoperationalrecordsandidentifyandfollowuponorder-related issues.
- Maintainandorganisebasic Tik Tok Shopoperationaldata ,including sales,orders,inventory,creatorperformance,andcampaignresults.
- Supportregularmonitoringofstoreperformanceandhelpidentifyoperationalissuesthroughdata.
- Maintainandupdateproduct,inventory,promotional,andcreator-relatedinformationasrequired.
- Supportbasicoperationaltasksacross Amazonandothere-commerceplatformsbasedonteamrequirements.
- Assistwithorderprocessing,inventory management,disputes,productinformationmaintenance,andotherdailyoperationaltasks.
- Actasanoperationalbackupwithinthee-commerceteamduringpeakperiodsorteammemberabsences.
- Supportotherday-to-daye-commerceoperationaltasksasrequiredbytheteam.

- Bachelor’sdegreeorabove,preferablyinE-commerce,Marketing,Business,Supply Chain,orarelatedfield.
- Stronginterestin Tik Tok Shop ,e-commerceplatforms,andsocialcommerce.
- Strongexecutionskills,attentiontodetail,andaresponsibleapproachtodailyoperationaltasks.
- Goodcommunicationandcoordinationskills,withtheabilitytoworkeffectivelywithinternalteams,agencies,creators,andexternalpartners.
- Basicdataanalysisskillsandproficiencyin Excelorsimilartools.
- Goodwrittenandverbal Englishcommunicationskills;
