This is a newly created, hands-on and commercially focused position owning the end-to-end delivery of marketing across new products launches, seasonal promotions, Limited Time Offers (LTO) and wider brand-building activity. You'll bring structure, insight and a big-brand mindset into a scaling environment, taking campaign concepts from strategy through to execution, working closely operations, digital, creative and agency partners to land activity with impact.

You'll analyse performance, introduce clear processes, and ensure each campaign drives footfall, guest engagement and sales uplift. From promotional calendar planning to content creation, store activation and cross-channel consistency, you'll play a critical part in evolving the brand and ensuring campaigns land brilliantly both in-store and across digital touchpoints.

As a marketing graduate, you'll have proven experience managing end to end campaigns within retail, casual dining, QSR or multi-site restaurant brands. Ideally, you will have gained experience in a structured, data-driven foundation from a large company, paired with the adaptability and pace gained from a start-up or challenger brand environment.
