We’re working with an established and growing full service agency that’s seeing increasing demand for social content from its established client base. As a result, they’re creating a brand-new role for a Social Content Creator to join the team and work alongside an existing content creator, helping to bring their clients’ brands to life across social media.
This is a hands‑on, creative role with plenty of variety. You’ll be out visiting client sites, capturing short, engaging videos for social media and spotting opportunities to turn everyday moments into content that gets noticed. Think quick‑fire, smartphone video content, typically around 15 seconds long, rather than polished, long‑form productions.
Their clients are predominantly B2B businesses, but much of the content is aimed at consumer audiences, so understanding how to make a brand engaging, accessible and relevant is key. You’ll need to be someone who keeps up with social media trends, has a great eye for content and can come up with fresh ideas rather than simply following a brief.
You’ll work closely with the existing Social Content Creator and wider team, but this isn’t an account management or scheduling role. The emphasis is firmly on creativity, capturing content and making the most of the opportunities you find when you’re out and about with clients.
What we’re looking for:We’re looking for someone with experience creating social media content, a strong understanding of current trends and the confidence to turn ideas into engaging short‑form videos. You’ll be comfortable working independently, happy to get stuck in on client sites and naturally curious about what makes content work. A full, valid driving licence is essential, as you can expect to spend around two to three days a week travelling to client locations.
