Autism Communication Practice Lead
The Kent Autistic Trust is seeking a passionate communicator to lead across our services in Kent, developing personalised communication approaches. The role focuses on supporting autistic people to be understood and heard, through Makaton, AAC and visual communication.
You will coach teams, create tools like Communication Passports, and deliver training to embed best practices across services, with a flexible pattern spanning the week.
