The opportunity:

As an integrated client-facing Project Manager, you are the operational day-to-day delivery lead on agency business, becoming wholly trusted and relied upon by your agency team in the running of your account and the agency internal processes. You manage projects through initial scoping through to creative execution, studio and production. You are the glue between all departments and closely aligned to client service and clients.

You understand how client departments work. You are passionate about processes that lead to efficient client‑agency working relationships.

With a strong foundation in managing multichannel creative projects, you thrive in dynamic agency environments and understand how to keep things moving — smoothly and strategically. You’re confident managing timelines, budgets and resources, and you know how to work cross‑functionally with creative, studio and production teams to deliver high‑quality work.

You’re proactive, dependable, and solutions‑oriented, with an appreciation for the processes that drive efficient and impactful client‑agency relationships. You bring both rigour and flexibility, knowing when to stick to the plan and when to pivot. Your communication style is clear and concise, whether you’re running a client status meeting, briefing creatives, or rallying your internal team.

• Previous agency experience managing multiple channel projects with solid production knowledge across multiple channels
• Demonstrated experience incorporating AI technologies into project workflows, utilising digital tools to improve efficiency, support creative problem‑solving, and ensure timely delivery of project objectives
• Workfront experience using the tool for internal timelines, resource and proofing
• Proven ability at managing agency resources
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to run project and status reviews and status meetings with clients
• Can demonstrate an understanding of file formats for print and digital production
• Experienced with moving and still image production briefing, deliverables management
• Dependable – a person the team looks to for help, support and guidance
• Proficiency in Microsoft project or other project management tools
• Understanding of Workfront
• Basic understanding of Zinc, or Veeva‑Vaults or other client online audit/job bag tools
• Basic understanding of Adobe creative suite
• Advertising healthcare experience highly desirable

• Overall project management
• Own the planning, communication, organisation, leadership and delivery of the programme of work
• Produce and oversee project scope, monitor and track scope creep and drive updates
• Upstream management of Agency/Client workflow including proactive creation of multichannel timing plans and maintenance of internal status reports as necessary
• Establish and maintain project and/or programme communications through project
• Proactive stakeholder management throughout project lifecycle including running internal status meetings and maintenance and approval of all project documentation
