Telefundraising Executive
Role Purpose

Make outbound calls to supporters and potential donors.
Help generate essential income to support services for people with sight loss.
Deliver excellent supporter care while achieving fundraising targets.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound fundraising and supporter engagement calls.
Promote fundraising campaigns, lotteries, Gift Aid and legacy giving.
Meet individual and team income targets.
Build positive relationships with supporters.
Maintain accurate database records.
Ensure compliance with fundraising regulations and best practice.
Provide feedback to improve campaign performance.

Essential Experience

Customer service, sales, fundraising, marketing or call centre experience.
Experience working to targets and achieving results.
Confident using databases and Microsoft Office.
Ideally experienced in outbound calling.
Essential Skills

Friendly, confident and professional telephone manner.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, organised and reliable.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Able to work with targets, data and performance metrics.
Desirable

Charity or fundraising experience.
Understanding of donor retention and income generation.
