Wokingham Borough Council is seeking a motivated Volunteer Co-ordinator to lead volunteering across library and community services in a permanent role. You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, engagement and retention, working with library teams, community partners and internal services to develop opportunities that meet service needs and benefit residents.
The role requires strong organisation, excellent communication and the ability to travel between multiple sites.
