Job Details
Job title: Advanced Nurse Practitioner / Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ANP/ACP)
Location: The Potteries Surgery, Tilehurst, Reading
Salary: Up to £60,000 depending on experience
Hours: 37.5 per week
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive care for patients, from initial history taking to clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care.
- Demonstrate safe clinical decision‑making and expert care, including assessment and diagnosis skills within the general practice setting.
- Collaborate with the general practice team to meet patient needs.
- Support policy and procedure delivery.
- Provide nurse leadership as required.
