Circle Reading Hospital in Reading is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Pre Assessment team on a full-time basis. The role requires 37.5 hours per week with a flexible shift pattern.
You will deliver direct nursing care, assess patient needs, monitor vital signs and administer medications in line with care plans and hospital policies. Applicants should be a Registered Nurse (Adult) with valid NMC registration and have demonstrable clinical experience.
