Spire Dunedin Hospital in Reading is recruiting a Ward Manager for a 12-month fixed term contract to lead our inpatient Surgical Ward. You will oversee clinical teams, ensuring safe, effective patient care and strong managerial leadership.
The role requires an NMC registered nurse with at least five years' acute-care experience and experience at Sister/Charge Nurse level in a Surgical unit. A commitment to CPD in management is advantageous.
